Our Leadership Team
Richard Rodriguez
Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder
Richard has 20 years of experience in the technology industry and co-founded Centuric Global Technologies, a technology engineering and management company that has been operating since 2001. Centuric focuses on enterprise customers that require high security and compliant communication networks that adhere to HIPAA, GLBA, SOX and PCI mandates. Co-founder of Axcess Americas, a software development company for a mortgage banking and loan administration platform. Despite the collapse of the banking sector in 2008, Richard lead Axcess Americas to success by focusing on the Canadian market. The success of Axcess Americas prompted a sale of the company.
Also very involved in the community, Richard is a board member and past President of the Executive’s Association of Fort Lauderdale, past Treasure of The Riverwalk Trust, Junior Achievement of South Florida, past board member of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and is past Treasurer of Habitat for Humanity of Broward. Richard leads the team as one of the founders of the south Florida chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance.
Richard holds degrees in both Accounting and Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University.
Frank N. Peluso, CISSP
Chief Technology Officer / Co-Founder
Frank is a Computer Scientist, a certified National Security Agency Information Security specialist (NSA INFOSEC) and a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), with 30 years of experience in several key technology disciplines. He is also credited with forming InfraGard South Florida Chapter and as the President, worked closely with the FBI to bring security awareness and best practices to organizations throughout South Florida. He has participated in several BODs and Panel discussions, including security events in Washington DC from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST.)
Frank Peluso has expertise in ensuring compliance in applications, technology infrastructures and procedures to ensure adherence to HIPAA, GLBA, SOX and PCI mandates. He has architected and developed several enterprise and government applications. He is an expert in Very Large Databases (VLDB) and data relationships and how to apply systems and information to bring forth innovative and winning strategies. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics.
Tamara Beliard Rodriguez, MPrA
Chief Financial Officer
Tamara has extensive experience in public accounting, audit and finance, and has been in private accounting for the last 12 years. She held leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits before joining the Centuric team.
Inspired by her grandfather’s unique intuition and passion for helping others, Tamara’s heritage drives her involvement with nonprofit organizations. Tamara is a Founding Member of “A Day with Santa,” a not-for-profit organization that raises funds and distributes toys to over 5,000 underprivileged Haitian children annually. She also serves as Treasurer on the Sant La Executive Board. Sant La’s mission is to empower, strengthen and uplift South Florida’s Haitian community. Recently, Tamara authored 2 children’s books to empower families to discuss cancer with children in a simple and compassionate way.
Tamara attended the University of Miami and received Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting and is fluent in French and Haitian creole.
Mili Orsini Peluso, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Over the past 30 years, Mili has held strategic positions at the global level leading teams and projects in the Technology, Academia, and Insurance industries. Mili is an expert in the areas of operations, business strategy, project management, leadership, and training.
Mili has developed and directed tactical strategies to successfully deliver technology projects at local, national, and international levels. Her expertise in the development of business process improvements has positively impacted organizational efficiencies and their bottom line. Mili has a strong passion for cultivating customer relations and leading multi-cultural teams.
She is currently the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), an Associate Member of the Executives’ Association of Fort Lauderdale, and a mentor with Women Across Technology. Mili holds a Masters of Business Administration with a specialty in Management, is a Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator Associate, and a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Mili is also bilingual (English/Spanish).
Sonny Ramchandani
Senior Network Engineer
With over 25 years of experience in the technology field, Sonny brings the knowledge and expertise needed to make an enterprise network system run efficiently. Sonny collaborates with network architects to design and build functional networks from the ground up based on our client’s specific needs.
Sonny has a vast knowledge of communication and routing protocols as well as, the creation and enforcement of network security protocols. He is an expert in network operating systems and uses network diagnostic tools to monitor network performance and diagnose areas needing attention.
